We are building a new set of communication tools and technology that allow individuals, organizations, and eventually, machines to understand, navigate, and truly thrive in social interactions.
Our process starts with our studies, which are designed to capture the spectrum of human interactions through diverse sampling and a unique methodology. We use multiple camera angles and various biofeedback devices to capture and measure behavior.
Next, we break down and code behavior using a mixture of quantitative and qualitative measures. Our process involves coding all observable movement. For example, we code every single facial movement, spoken word, and even create customized measures for accurately recording any human movement.
Our analysis is about understanding the link between human perception and behavioral data. We use machine learning and a wide range of technologies to gain deep insights into human perception and behavior.
There are specific reasons why some people are perceived as awkward and others are trusted or why everyone seems to react to you in a similar way. Why you can flawlessly navigate one social construction but utterly struggle in another. This is the puzzle of human behavior and perception. Your facial displays, tone of voice, movement patterns all affect how you are perceived. Your behavior tells a story, one that you can learn to re-write at any time
This is the engine for all behavioral change. In order to change our behavior, we need the tools to dive deep into our own psychology and confront everything that is preventing us from being the most powerful version of ourselves.
Every individual has a unique story. If you can learn to separate the experience from the person you can develop greater empathy and success.
People are capable of making dramatic shifts in how they communicate and live their life. We aim to be a platform for documenting that transformation.
We find human behavior to be one of the most fascinating puzzles imaginable. The Nonverbal Group is taking the practice of "people watching" and putting it on steroids.
When you become more aware of your own behavior and those of others you become a catalyst for change. Our aim is to create gigantic shifts in individuals who will go out and change the world.
Our behavioral research exists in the nexus of several different spaces. Our team includes experts in psychology, machine learning, survaliance, videography, anthropology, design thinking and more.
