The Most Robust Communication Assessment You Have Ever Been Through

We analyze video interactions, have discussions with your team, review historical feedback and do our own robust one on one interview. This allows us to craft a detailed plan for the training reflection, feedback, and habit formation that is required to make that change.

PROGRAM CREATION AND PLANNING

Program Creation and Agreement Call

After your assessment, we will discuss what you need to work and why. Based on your schedule and time commitment we will create a customized approach that is broken down into a series of sprints. Every program is customized but all include a mixture of video calls, custom framework development, assignments, and real-world exercises.

The Dynamic Sprint

Our sprints are designed to be immersive periods of high growth and we will use accountability, world-class coaching, and technology to accomplish in months what could take a lifetime. While they have a structure our sprints are designed to be dynamic accounting for the new skills and potential areas of focus that can come up when coaching.

ongoing support

Sustainable Change and Growth

After your debrief we will design a 1-3 month maintenance plan so that you can continue to develop and strengthen everything you have learned. This phase often includes additional real-world exercises and assessments.
